Коли можна звернутися до ЄСПЛ

Ви маєте право подати заяву до Європейського суду з прав людини, якщо:

було порушено ваше право на справедливий суд, свободу слова, приватність або власність;
національні суди України вже розглянули справу, але ви не отримали справедливого рішення;
з моменту остаточного рішення минуло не більше 4 місяців;
ви маєте докази і документи, що підтверджують порушення.
